Dr Stephan Reisenberger is an associate at Schmelz lawfirm in Vienna and specialises in company law, corporate law, property law and contract law. Born in Graz in 1995, he studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he ranked in the top 1 per cent of all students on his bachelor’s degree programme. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, he was included on the Rector’s List by the Rector of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. From 2019 to 2023, he went on to complete his doctoral studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Whilst still a student, Stephan worked as a teaching assistant at the Institute for Civil and Corporate Law and, later, as a university assistant at the Institute for European and International Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Following his court placement within the jurisdiction of the Vienna Higher Regional Court, he gained practical experience as a trainee solicitor at RPCK Rechtsanwalts FlexCo, before joining the team at Schmelz lawfirm in Vienna in 2025.

Stephan advises and represents clients on matters relating to company and corporate law, as well as property and contract law. He speaks German, English and Italian.
