The initial consultation serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. After doing so, you describe your situation, your wishes and goals to us, whereupon we provide you with initial, general legal information where possible. If further steps are necessary – such as taking on legal representation or drawing up contracts – we will also provide you with our further fees and a cost estimate, insofar as this is feasible in view of the individual case.
You can book appointments with our lawyers conventionally by telephone during the above-mentioned opening hours. An initial consultation lasting up to one hour costs 280.00 euros. You remain flexible and can postpone or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, you can book your appointment online around the clock for a reduced price of 250.00 euros and pay securely online. In this case, the appointment cannot be cancelled, but you can of course postpone it if you fall ill.
Are you working and would like to visit our lawfirm in the evening? Do you have a particularly urgent matter and would like an appointment in the evening? No problem! Please contact our secretary's office by telephone and describe your request. If necessary, we also offer appointments in the evening or at weekends and have a small reserve of appointments for emergencies that are not listed in the online calendar.
To make the most of your initial consultation, a little preparation helps: please bring all documents relating to your matter – such as contracts, correspondence, official notices or court documents – and write down in advance the questions that matter most to you. Pay particular attention to any pending deadlines, for example for appeals, objections or statements of defence, and let us know about them when you book your appointment so that we can respond in good time. If you attend your appointment by video conference, you are welcome to send us your documents by e-mail beforehand. And of course, everything you entrust to us is subject to attorney-client confidentiality – even if we do not continue working together after the initial consultation.
