APPOINTMENTS

You can contact us either in person or via telephone from Monday through to Thursday from 09.00am until 5.00pm and on Fridays from 09.00am until 05.00pm. Outside those hours we take the time to process your written inquiries, deal with legal documents or prepare for negotiations.

You are working full-time and would like to visit us in the evenings? You have a particularly pressing matter and wish for an emergency appointment? No problem! Please contact our secretary’s office and explain your concern to them. We will do our best to find a suitable appointment for you.

In order for us to prepare meetings with our attorneys in the best way possible, we would like to kindly ask you to arrange appointments in advance. You can make an appointment via telephone with our secretary’s office – or use our online appointment system to do this.

BONUSPOINT FOR THE SOCIALLY VULNERABLE

Every first Thursday of the month from 4.00pm until 7.00pm at our office in Klosterneuburg, we offer first consultancies free of charge to socially vulnerable people who otherwise would not be able to afford legal counsel. This kind of first legal consultancy serves the purpose of supporting socially vulnerable people. In order to avoid long waiting-times we kindly ask you to contact us prior in order to arrange an appointment.
